Staff

Our teachers hold 4 year degrees in the fields of early childhood education, elementary education and/or child and family development.

Our aides have education and/or classroom experience.

All staff must be active participants in a Christian church.

On-going training in education, health awareness and parenting skills are provided for all staff.

Background checks are done at the time of hiring and every other year thereafter on all employees.
